Today I’m solo camping at my favourite mountain lake again. I want to make spring rolls from scratch, but I didn’t bring any meat, so I’ll have to catch my own. Watch me catch a BIG rainbow trout from shore, cook gourmet spring rolls (and fish head soup) and just chill out.
